Click on the group of matching colors. Bigger the group, bigger the score.
Update: SPLASH mode added. The monsters will now explode. Fun to do the animation.
Still learning programming from Gary Rosenzweig's flash games university. I warmly recommend the book.
Kinda jumping backward from a programmers point of view. This is the game you learn to program before you take on Match 3 (Bejeweled). The matching test is about the same but you don't get new bricks when you are done.
Better, but the pieces still fall way too slow. I feel I'm missing out on the graphics by playing on low quality, but I don't have the patience to watch them fall so slow. Also, I see you've improved the 'hit box' for the pieces, but I still happen to click unintentionally in the gray area where the click doesn't register.
I have uploaded a new version. I have not speed up the pieces but added a button that allows you to speed it up. I don't know why you get them to fall so slow. On my machine(mac) and my work machine(win) it works fine, not slow at all.
I have tried to fix the clicking, it seems to work a bit better but I'm afraid that it could be different from machine to machine.
1: The things fall down too darn slow. I had to switch to low quality graphics to make them move faster, and that made the figures pixelated and ugly.
2: Winning the game gives you a Game over screen as if you lost. That's unfair. Should at least give some kind of congratulations.
